Composite Doors

Our new pioneer range of composite doors offers you the appearance of real wood without the maintenance. These bespoke doors will not warp, crack, peel or split and only require occasional cleaning with a damp cloth.

    They are available in a choice of colours with a range of beautiful glass designs that complement any home.

Locking System

High security, multi lock with hook bolts at the top and bottom and mortice lock at the centre. The lock keeps are secured to the outer frame through the steel reinforcement and through two thicknesses of UPVC. This locking system in combination with the Grp door is regarded as the most secure system and achieves the industry standard of PAS 23 and PAS 24. It also meets the requirements of "Secured design".

Construction:

The door leaf is constructed by bonding GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) skins to a UPVC composite rail,. This is then injected with Polyurethane foam.

Foam:

The Polyurethane foam is ODP zero foam (Ozone depletion potential) manufactured from CFC free polyurethane.

Composite Rails:

The hinge and locks style the top and bottom rails are made up of UPVC composite. The hinge and lock styles have a 60MM rail, which is trimmable by 40mm as is the top rail. The bottom rail is 90mm and is trimmable by 70mm.

Hinges:

3D Hinges are surface mounted; they are available in white  powder coated or gold plated. There are three hinges per door and are adjusted in the X, Y and Z axis.

Glazing:

Glazing is achieved through the cassette system and is made secure by fixing from the internal face of the door. 26mm hermetically  sealed double glazed units with toughened glass as standard are used.

Drip Rails:

Silver or gold anodised drip rails are fitted to inward opening doors. They are end capped and provided with water drainage holes.
